One of the major challenges for any newbie vegan is to make vegan foods exciting and stimulating, not just for a day or two or a fortnight, but for the long term. However, for the workaholics in the 21st century, it’s not always easy to find time to nourish our body, mind and soul in a culinary sense, let alone working with unfamiliar food ingredients whilst switching diets.
