I love sharing my recipes and healthy eating techniques with others and I am blessed to have lots of opportunities to do that. I am off to VegfestUK Bristol in less than two weeks and I look forward to the amazing array of food, colours, aromas and creative vegan ideas that makes up this wonderful event.
I am putting some sunshine into vegan food by giving it a Jamaican twist. So my cooking demos at Vegfest will include:
