The Truth About Dairy Products

The Truth About Dairy Products

| by Dave Sheahan | Posted in Vlog

In this Blogpost I want to reveal to you the truth about dairy products and why you need to eliminate it.  The dairy industry like the meat, pharm and supplement industries has lied to you about the benefits of dairy products and is just designed to brainwash you into thinking we need it and it benefits us in many ways.

The first most important point I must make starts with a question – how would you react if you saw a calf being breastfed by a woman? Would it shock you? How about a goat? Or an elephant? How about the other way if you saw a man or woman under a cow sucking on its udders? Well the fact is that dairy consumers are drinking the milk of another mammal every day. Not only is this wrong as we are stealing the milk that is for that mammal’s baby to grow and develop, but we can’t even break this milk down effectively, as after the age of 2 we no longer produce the enzymes rennin and lactase which are needed to break down the human breast milk. So the fact is that we are not even designed to drink the milk of our own species after the age of 2. So what makes us think it is ok to drink the milk of a totally different mammal?

As we cannot break it down adequately and it is mucus forming the majority of health conditions are linked to dairy being a major contributor.  Asthma in particular is a direct result and there have been numerous cases of asthmatics eliminating dairy and within weeks no longer needing inhalers or even nebulizers. I have witnessed this myself with a few clients too.  Also we supposedly need dairy for the calcium for our bones to prevent bone disease. LIES!! Dairy is acidic which means it leeches calcium from our bones so instead of preventing bone disease it is a major cause of bone disease. Dairy contributes to all ailments and diseases from something minor like acne to the #1 killer disease Cancer. To experience optimal health with a preventative focus we must feed our bodies alkaline based foods and limit or eliminate acidic ones like dairy, meat and processed foods.

PRESS PLAY on the following video where I share what I have learned from my own research as well as my own personal experience in eliminating dairy. Also how eliminating dairy has had a very positive effect on many of my client’s health conditions. This video should give you a good insight into the truth about the dairy industry and why you need to eliminate them.

So as you can see from what I have shared with you above that eliminating dairy products as part of adopting a plant based lifestyle  is a very positive step in the right direction for your health in particular. The most important first step is to find dairy free alternatives that you like. Nowadays there is so much choice.

Please feel free to place your comments and questions below in the comments section. Let us know what your favourite dairy-free product is.  This could be very helpful for other readers.
