Rebel Kitchen recently launched its dairy free organic coconut yogurts in four delicious flavours. Now all that's left is for you to try them.
What are they?
The yogurts are made using organic young green coconuts grown in the Philippines and they contain live vegan cultures.
They are made using the young green meat, not milk (which comes from mature coconuts). It’s what gives the yogurts their deliciously light and smooth texture. It also means they’re up to half the fat per 100g versus other coconut yogurts.
Like everything Rebel Kitchen makes, you won’t find any refined sugar, additive or preservatives inside. Just real ingredients that taste great!
The yogurts are also vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO.
Where do they come from?
The organic coconuts are sustainably sourced from local farmers in the Philippines. The coconut meat in the yogurt comes from the same coconuts that Rebel Kitchen uses in its brand new organic Coconut Water (now available to buy in major retailers).
Rebel Kitchen then use the remaining coconut husks to generate power to fuel the plant in the Philippines. It’s a production method that ensures the whole coconut is used so absolutely nothing is wasted. Sustainability at its best.
You can get your hands on original, cacao, coffee and vanilla flavours in major retailers inc. Ocado, Whole Foods Market & Planet Organic.
