Adults would do well to follow simple rules taught to kids by a Pirate Children's entertainer

Adults would do well to follow simple rules taught to kids by a Pirate Children's entertainer

Captain James Tea Cook – Pirate of the Carob Bean – teaches simple healthy eating messages to children at VegfestUK.

He says, "It is a crying shame more mums and dad's don't use some common sense instead of stressing and mithering about artificial things that don't really matter. Cos that be what good health and nutrition be all about in a nutshell. Common sense."

The friendly ethical pirate blames King George lll and the Victorians for perpetuating the myth that white European humans are mythically different to all other earthlings. That we are somehow superior and purer and we need special purer refined white foods ' white bread, white sugar, white fat, white milk and a white complexion. Animal instincts and urges were to be etiquettely shunned and suppressed if one was to emulate a true British lady or gentleman.

In a revolution of technology and faith in science, we forget our natural heritage and understanding of nature's omnipotence. This delusion led us to treat other humans, animals and the natural world in a most contemptuous, despicable, arrogant and disastrous way.

The subsequent impact of avoidable chronic diseases, social inequality and irresponsible environmental madness are disastrous and catastrophic.

Captain James Tea Cook teaches five basic principles:

1) Drink water not sugar
2) Eat wholefoods not half-foods
3) Eat 5 a day every day. Fill yourself with colour, a rainbow every day
4) Fats for your brain not your bum
5) Make it or break it, use it or lose it!

"If people's would only just be following them five basic rules they could dramatically reduce the risk of many of the diseases that afflict them unnecessarily."

"Modern man be daft! A laughing stock! He don't drink enough water, he eats stuff that be useless to his body, he don't breathe properly and don't pooh properly - consequently he be full of ....... well work it out yourself. Just no wonder we face a plague of avoidable chronic diseases," alleges the vegan answer to Johnny Depp's Capt Jack Sparrow.

The ironic fact is that the same eating habits that are nudging us to early extinction through ill health and cancers are causing nature to kick start it's immune system with a determination to wipe humans from the surface of the planet like a furry mould that needs washing off.

The question is, will we realise how illogical and irresponsible we are, in time to win the human race.

Will we realise that the solutions are so simple even a 5 year old child can understand them?
