VegfestUK Trade 2017 latest update (April 2017)

VegfestUK Trade 2017, the UK’s first dedicated vegan Trade show, has seen over 40 stalls booked and a number of excellent mentions in the media, since bookings went live in the last week of March.

 

With coverage in VegNews Magazine, Food & Drink International as well as Cost Sector Catering, VegfestUK Trade 2017 has seen the likes of Suma Wholefoods, The Health Store, The Vegan Society, Bute island Foods, Plamil Foods, Buddha Beauty, JASON Natural Care, Pitfield Brewery, Free From Italy, Coconut Merchant, Living Naturally Soapnut Apothecary, One Planet Pizza, Perk!er Foods, Veganicity, Moo Free Chocolates, Tyne Chease, Funky Skincare Ltd, Sunita Foods, Thamon London, The Organic Spirits Co, Tofuture, Yaoh and Watts Kork Ltd coming on board, with many more expressing interest. There is room for around 160 stalls, with 25% of the floorplan booked in the first week since bookings went live.

 

VegfestUK Trade also have an extensive marketing plan in the months leading up to the show, including inserts and adverts of the event in prominent Trade catalogues such as Essential Trading, Infinity and Marigold, as well as Trade magazines such as Natural Products Magazine, Cafe Culture, Vegan Trade Journal, Better Retailing Magazine, Organic and Natural Business Magazine, Health Food Business Magazine and more TBA, on top of invitations to key buyers from the Natural Products Trade, Supermarkets and Multiples, Hospitality and Catering, and the growing Cafe Culture, as well as a number of mainstream media professionals, independent media, bloggers and vegan vloggers.

 

VegfestUK Trade takes place on Friday October 20th 2017 at Olympia London Central Hall Level 1. Stalls at this event starts from £600 vat for a 2m x 2m shell scheme open 1 side stall on Level 1. Meanwhile, VegfestUK’s successful Consumer show returns to Olympia London for the 5th year running on October 21st 22nd 2017 in the West and Central Halls on Level 1 and the Conference Centre on Level 3. Rates for the consumer show start from £100 vat a day for Traders on Level 3, accessing around 3,500 visitors. Stalls on level 1 start from £200 vat a day to access around 7,000 visitors. There is also the option of exhibiting on all 3 days (Trade and Consumer) in a shell scheme on Level 1, in which case the price for a 2m x 2m shell scheme open 1 side stall averages to £300 vat a day. Exhibitors coming on all 3 days also have the option of keeping the same stall for both the Trade and Consumer events, or moving to a different stall during the changeover from the Trade to the Consumer event.
