POLL RESULTS: Which is your favourite UK vegan festival?

POLL RESULTS: Which is your favourite UK vegan festival?

| by Editor | Posted in Polls

Huge thanks to everybody who participated in the latest poll on your favourite UK vegan festivals, both from visitors to these events who showed their favourites their support by voting, and the event organisers themselves for sharing the poll widely. We have left out our own VegfestUK events in Brighton, Bristol and London from the poll, and have collected a record amount of votes for this poll – big thanks to everyone who took part.

We have got the results in and here they are: (click on image below to expand)

Congratulations to the Great Yorkshire Vegan Festival, a grassroots volunteer-led festival which was set up back in May 2014 and has grown leaps and bounds since then, for finishing top of the poll.

Huge kudos too to all the heroic organisers of other vegan events in the UK and beyond who continue to work so hard in bringing veganism to many doorsteps by showcasing just how amazing it is to be vegan – we simply cannot thank you enough as we edge closer to our dream of a vegan world with one vegan event after another. Moreover, ALL vegan events play a role in achieving this dream regardless of their histories, sizes or budgets – they all represent an opportunity to convince pre-vegans to try living vegan and staying vegan in various ways.

New vegan events website launching soon

Further, as 2018 will see over 200 vegan festivals / fayres taking place all over the UK, and the demand for all things vegan continues to soar to unprecedented levels, VegfestUK will be launching a new-look website with information on not only our own events in Brighton, Bristol and London, but also a revamped calendar to accommodate not only all the vegan festivals but also other community vegan events such as film screenings, markets, cookery classes, camps, conferences and other events which promote veganism in the country. This new website will enable the vegan community to access both local and national vegan events more easily, and of course, showcase the beauty of the vegan community to the larger audience via wave after wave of wonderfully crafted and hugely supported events.

This new website will go live on Monday afternoon January 8th at (before then, this URL will be displaying the old version of our vegan events website).

Other Polls

Meanwhile, all upcoming polls, as well as results of all our previous polls, are published in the “Polls” tab on The Vegfest Express.
