Flyers and posters

Around 150,000 VegfestUK Brighton 2018 flyers and posters have been distributed widely both in the south of England and beyond from January 2018. We have done up a flyer focusing on Plant-Based Living and another flyer on Vegan Living.

This is supplemented by widespread 1-to-1 flyering in Brighton as well as in London in the run-up to the show – including a coordinated 1-to-1 flyering session in Brighton 2 week before the event, and a team coordinated for 1-to-1 flyering at busy times during the event weekend.

Social Media

VegfestUK regularly publishes on our Facebook page, customised posters for our stallholders exhibiting at the event, as well as blog previews of different areas of the show, such as caterers, shopping options, Vegan Comedy Festival, the Art of Compassion Exhibition and other interesting areas. Further, VegfestUK has also boosted a number of posts for further reach to different audiences.

VegfestUK also has active Twitter and Instagram pages with regular updates from the event.

Customised posters for stallholders

We also publish one customised Facebook poster specially designed for each stallholder – see Dropbox here.

Programme

The 68-page event programme was released 3 weeks prior to the show and has been widely shared on social media platforms and in newsletters since.

Special Offers Booklet

This year, we have also done up a new Special Offers Booklet showcasing the various special offers from a selection of stallholders at the event. This was published approximately 5 weeks before the event and has since been shared widely on our social media and in various groups.

Newsletters

VegfestUK’s newsletters include the monthly bulletin (which is a round-up of all news published by VegfestUK in a given month) as well as regular updates on upcoming shows. In addition, we have sent out the programme and special offers booklet several times to our combined total of around 30,000 subscribers.
