Plant-based protein producers Vivo Life sponsoring Fitness talks at VegfestUK London 2018

Plant-based protein producers Vivo Life sponsoring Fitness talks at VegfestUK London 2018

| by Editor | Posted in VegfestUK London 2018

An increasing number of people stated a desire to get fitter and stronger as one of their personal goals. Some want to grow bigger and firmer muscles, or stay healthy and athletic well into their mature years, while others look for better aerobic performances, recover faster after training sessions or competitive action, or train themselves up to compete in their chosen fields of sports. All such undertakings rely heavily on the amount and type of fuel that they put into their bodies as well as of course a fitness regime tailored to their own needs.

Meanwhile, an ever-growing amount of people in the UK population turned to veganism and plant-based lifestyles for reasons of better health as well as concerns for animals, the environment and food sustainability. These include not only everyday people but also elite professional athletes from Premier League footballers to cyclists, snooker players, tennis players, on top of bodybuilders, boxers and personal trainers – some of whom have gone public about their conversions to plant-based lifestyles and been quite vocal about their benefits.

Amidst a sea of propaganda from the meat and dairy industries, as well as entrenched preconceptions from established fitness circles of the supposed need for steak, whey powders and fish in order to thrive on a fitness level, what advice should one follow if they wish to eliminate animal-based produce from their lifestyles whilst setting and aiming for their own fitness targets?

Plant-based protein food powder producers Vivo Life has in store a number of solutions for those concerned, at the upcoming vegan festival VegfestUK London, on October 27-28 at Olympia London. Not only will they be exhibiting with a selection of their protein powders, which are 100% vegan, the company will also be sponsoring the Fitness area of the show, with a selection of their plant-powered brand ambassadors and fitness personalities lined up to share their insights on a variety of topics related to fitness and recovery– of course they will also underline the virtues of eschewing animal products from one’s lifestyle whilst actively pursuing their fitness goals, in addition to answering any questions that one might have on these subjects.

Vivo Life products available at the event

Vivo Life will be bringing to the event their best selling PERFORM protein powder and SUSTAIN Plant Based BCAA protein powder, amongst their other plant-based superfood powders.

All of their products are ideal for fitness fanatics and dedicated sportspeople who need that extra boost of protein in their diets, as well as those with more modest fitness aspirations and those seeking a varied and balanced diet.
