The FxEctive Factor - voting for places at competition has now begun

Voting for The FxEctive Factor vegan talent contest has now begun, with 9 nominees contesting for 8 places to showcase their vegan-themed songs at the competition proper on Saturday March 24th 2018 at the Brighton Centre as part of VegfestUK Brighton 2018.

Each nominee has also chosen a charity to support if they win, with £250 prize money going to both the winner and to the charity.

You can now vote for your favourite song entry in the poll below or HERE (voting closes at midnight on Wednesday February 28th 2018):

Notes on the voting process

The 8 highest-scoring nominees in the poll will enter the final, with the lowest-scoring nominee to be eliminated.

The competition for the remaining 8 contestants will be held between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday March 24th at VegfestUK Brighton. The competition will take place on the Performance Stage, located in the main foyer on the ground floor of the venue.

The votes collected in the poll will form half of the final scoring for the remaining contestants, with the scores from the judges at the competition forming the other half of the scoring.
