Global Feast of Plant-Based Cuisine at VegfestUK Brighton 2019

VegfestUK Brighton has in store a wide range of delectable and mouthwatering vegan food from a number of different influences around the globe, that will put a smile on everyone’s faces and make even the biggest doubters of vegan food think twice about their own reservations with the quality of vegan cuisines.

Returning to the Brighton Centre on March 23-24, this 11th year event welcomes on board the following street food caterers with many more to be confirmed:

Bangkok Noodle Bar will be serving authentic Pad-Thai, homemade vegetable dumplings and spring rolls and ice thai green tea.

 

Brownins will be serving up traditional Caribbean vegan cuisine including the likes of plantains, curries, soy jerk and rice

 

Chaatit will be serving exquisite Indian vegan street food such as Masala Chips, Samosa Chaat and Thali consisting of Veg Curry and Rice

 

Dominion Brewery Co will be running their Happy Sturgeon Bar from which a fine array of vegan trad ale, craft ale, Belgian ale, great lagers, ciders of several varieties, and fab wines will be served.

 

Eve will be serving Ethical Vegan Street Food’ (EVE) which is gluten, soy and refined sugar free. Enjoy healthy, accessible vegan food without compromising on flavour.

 

Greek Vegan Deli Specialities specialises in Greek vegan gluten free recipes

 

Herbivorous has in store a couple of meaty vegan alternatives, namely vegan hoisin duck / jackfruit wrap and tofu burger

 

Loving Hut Express is a world-famous international vegan restaurant chain with a globally inspired menu, including fishless "fish" n' chips, fried noodles & more!

 

Mahi will have Doner Kebab Wraps, BBQ ‘Rib’ Burger & Hot Dogs topped with Mac n’ Cheeze or plain. Curry Boxes - Chickpea or mixed veg curry with rice.

 

Mally’s Gin Bar will be selling Gin drinks in Vegware tumblers with biodegradable straws and also off-sales of gin and gin gifts.

 

One Planet Pizza will be selling delicious, freshly prepared pizzas, from their award-winning range.

 

Simply Veg takes pride in their homemade Indian street food.

 

Simply Vegan will be treating everyone with their Vegan Fish and Chips, Fake & Kidme Pies, and Deluxe burger.

 

St Best Caribbean Caterers have the following Caribbean specialities in store:
Caribbean Hot Food and Freshly Squeezed Juices and Mocktails
Callaloo and Okra served with Rice and Peas
Chickpea, Sweet Potato & Pumpkin Curry served with Rice and Peas
Jerk Chunks served with Rice and Peas
Plantain Vegan Patties
Juices Ginger, Lime and Mint Sorrel and Ginger
Carrot, Pineapple and Apple
Orange, Lime and Lemon
Fresh Lemonade Tamarind Cooler

 

The Green Grill will be serving Vegan Burgers, Vegan Hotdogs and Sweet potato wedges

 

Vausages will be serving a variety of multi-cuisine, gourmet vegan hotdogs, with a huge variety of customisable toppings

 

V. Dorset will have in store Kentucky Fried Seitan – 2 piece meal with shoestring fries and house salad. Choice of 3 extra sides including gravy, beans and coleslaw.

 

Vegan Sweet Tooth London is an Italian vegan patisserie and bakery specialising in delectable vegan cakes, tarts and other sweet treats
